This agreement (“Agreement”) is between you (“Customer”) and www.maxwells.club (“Website”), its owners, and staff. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
Liability
The Customer agrees not to hold the Website, its owners, or staff liable for any damages, losses, or injuries incurred during or related to the trip. The Customer waives all rights to liability.
Reservation and Payment
The Customer agrees that a reservation will be made at the time of checkout. Once 120 tickets have been reserved, the Customer will automatically be charged on the method of payment provided during the reservation. The Customer agrees to the payment terms of payment platforms such as Klanar, Stripe, PayPal, and all others. The Customer also agrees to a payment processing fee of 7%.
Membership
The Customer understands that their membership to www.maxwells.club is temporary until the payment for the trip has been processed. The Customer also agrees to all other terms and agreements associated with www.maxwells.club and players jets.
By accessing or using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
